The Problems

Serious problems affecting our business and livelihood are unacceptable.

Certificates of accreditation are not being issued in a timely fashion.

Laboratory certificates are often being issued without all methods or analytes requested/needed.

Performance testing sample results are not being reviewed consistently.

Performance testing sample results are not being accepted for seemingly arbitrary reasons.

For many of us, On-Site Assessments (OSAs) are many months or years behind schedule.

When OSAs are finally conducted, no deficiency letter is produced or takes many months to be sent out.

Making matters even worse, new regulations are being proposed which will only exacerbate all these serious problems.

CAL - Better Together

Our Story
